Acerca de

An investment in real estate in Spain of €500,000 or more, automatically qualifies you for the right to reside in Europe. The purchase must be a cash payment (full payment through bank, no mortgage) and the property must be within the Spanish territory (including the Balearic and Canary Islands). The process is relatively straightforward but must be undertaken and supervised by a professional immigration company to ensure all legal requirements are fulfilled. There is no need to spend time in Spain, however, a visit must be made to the country at least once every year (no minimum stay required).
BENEFITS OF THE GOLDEN VISA
We will accompany you throughout the entire process – in your own language to ensure the best possible communication and decision making
1. The right to work, live and to study in Spain - whenever you wish and for as long as you like
2. Freedom of movement within the Schengen area (26 European countries)
3. No need to continuously live in Spain, just a 1-day visit per year
4. One investment per family. One investment provides the Golden Visa for everyone in the family with the single investment (parents/ kids/ grandparents if are above 65 or financially dependent on the main applicant)
5. Access to Spanish´s public services such as healthcare and the education system
6. You are eligible for Spanish Permanent Residency after 2 years of receiving the Golden Visa, provided all legal requirements are met and without long periods of stay in the country required.
7. If you are a citizen of Andorra, South and Central America, Brazil, Portugal, Morocco, Guinea, and The Philippines you can apply for citizenship and a passport after 2 years of holding the Golden Visa.

Citizenship and Passport
After investing in real estate, the Spanish Golden Visa is first issued for 2 years, and then renewed for 5 years as a permanent residency (PR). There is no need to pass a language test and you can spend as little as 1 day per year in-country.
The PR is renewed every 5 years. However, you must maintain the original investment made to obtain the Golden Visa.
Spanish citizenship is granted after 10 years of holding the Golden Visa or the PR. For this purpose, it is required to spend 183 days per year in-country and pass a simple language test.
If you are a citizen of Andorra, South and Central America, Brazil, Portugal, Morocco, Guinea and The Philippines you can apply for citizenship 2 years after receiving the Golden Visa.
The difference between PR and Citizenship
Both have equal rights. With the passport you have the right to vote in the general election. In addition, your citizenship will be inherited by your children.
